Yeah, we didn’t stay.THE PARTY NEVER ENDS AT HARD ROCK HOTEL & CASINO BILOXI they called it an upgrade room! Ha ha! What a laugh! It was a gross room! That’s why we had to get an ozone pump in it. Needless to say, We did not stay at the hotel! They were very rude, and still charged us in the end over 60 Dollars because they didn’t think they could get their money back for us leaving. And you would think since they didn’t give us the non smoking room we reserved, they would have made an exception since we had to actually stay out of the room for an hour, but nooooo. we were going to have our children swim for the hour while that was being done, only to find the pool attendant laugh at us because our 15, and 17 year old children weren’t 21. We tried to compromise with the attendant to have them clean and do an ozone cleaning to get the smoke smell out of our room while we waited an hour for for that to be done. Upon arrival we were giving a smoking room. Resverstions were made well in adavance for a non smoking room. After serving over years of military service I decicided to take my family on vaction. Harrah’s hotel and casino on gulf of Mississippi is not Veteran or kid friendly place to visit. they called it an upgrade room! Ha ha! What a laugh! It was a gross room! That’s why we had to get an ozone pump.
